I got my order and was disappointed that my normal size of 40G was too big. The bra itself is pretty, it felt fine on other than the size issue. Straps are narrower than I'd like, but I bought this set more for looking good than being practical. If I could have exchanged it for a smaller size, I would have, but alas, it is no longer available. I still have the panties, so I will wear a different black bra with them.
I must say that customer service (Hazel) was amazing! I sent photos of the fitting issues, and she made recommendations for a different size, and we emailed back and forth to find an alternative option. So I'm getting a refund and returning this bra but will get a different one. I really appreciated how much time and effort she took to help me!

So I love the way this bra looks is incredibly cute but as a girl with I guess under boob and underarm chub the wire in the bra digs in when sat down and can become uncomfortable after a while.

This is absolutely gorgeous, I ordered a size 12 which was recommended for D/DD but I’m an E (sometimes an F) so obviously the cup was a little bit small on me, which I knew it would be, but I’m so happy I bought it!

I normally wear a 32H (or a 30J depending on the style) in Curvy Kate bras but I could hardly fasten the band so Playful Promises must run a bit smaller, or maybe it's the style? Will be ordering a band up with the same cup size, as the cups seem to be slightly narrower in breadth than what I'm used to and I need the width. Love the style though so defo reordering!
